Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager – Boca Raton Office
Summary:
- Provide assistance to producers in handling and processing of new and
renewal commercial lines business.
- Provide in-house customer service to clients as assigned and requested.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate expirations with producer to obtain renewal and/or new
business information. Maintain expiration control log.
- Assist in marketing new and renewal business, determine premiums,
prepare presentation packets and maintain underwriting and marketing
information by carrier.
- Check new and renewal policies for accuracy in rating, typing,
coverage’s, signatures and input these transactions to generate billing
invoices. Ensure that these items are delivered and/or mailed to client.
- Receive phone calls from clients and companies regarding insurance,
claims, or administrative problems and comply with the request and/or refer
to the producer only when necessary.
- Maintain a suspense system to follow up on outstanding orders,
correspondence, reports and follow up on overdue and suspense items.
- Maintain all client activity in the agency automation system
(Applied/TAM). Maintain files in an orderly, up-to-date manner.
- Be familiar with and follow agency E & O guidelines.
- Prioritize workload and/or request for assistance as required.
- Upon receipt of claim/loss, responsible for completing claim file, which
includes policy verification, making preliminary or tentative determinations
of coverage; for the purpose of payment and permanent record keeping.
- Assume other job responsibilities as assigned by COO.
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years experience in similar position is desirable. Must be
licensed with 220 in the State of Florida.
- Must be a self-starter, imaginative and creative with good communication
skills both verbal and written. Should have thorough understanding of
commercial lines underwriting and coverage’s.

Personal Lines Account Manager – Boca Raton Office
Summary:
- Provide prompt, accurate, courteous service to customers, producers and company personnel.
- Grow and develop talents and insurance knowledge to highest level possible.
- Provide, with a positive attitude, a high level of support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing personal lines accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle all account transactions including applications, quotations, ID cards, proposals, summaries, endorsements, cancellations, certificates, binders, billing, follow-up and correspondence on assigned accounts.
- Prepare quotations, coverage summaries and comparisons, proposals and recommendations needed to insure clients and prospects understanding of coverage.
- Review new applications for underwriting acceptability, completion and accuracy.
- Review new business, renewals and endorsements to insure items were received as requested.
- Service all coverage aspects of for large VIP clients.
- Collect renewal data on assigned accounts. Perform annual reviews on VIP clients. Identify crossing and coverage upgrade opportunities.
- Maintain client files on agency computer system and use computer system for all processing transactions and to document conversations.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years experience in similar position is desirable. Must be licensed with a 220 State of Florida License.
- Must be a self-starter, imaginative and creative with good communication skills both verbal and written. Should have thorough understanding of personal lines underwriting and coverages.
- Must have thorough technical skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Extensive coverage knowledge for high end personal insurance clients with complicated coverage needs.
