Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager – Boca Raton Office

Summary:

  1. Provide assistance to producers in handling and processing of new and renewal commercial lines business.
  2. Provide in-house customer service to clients as assigned and requested.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate expirations with producer to obtain renewal and/or new business information. Maintain expiration control log.
  2. Assist in marketing new and renewal business, determine premiums, prepare presentation packets and maintain underwriting and marketing information by carrier.
  3. Check new and renewal policies for accuracy in rating, typing, coverage’s, signatures and input these transactions to generate billing invoices. Ensure that these items are delivered and/or mailed to client.
  4. Receive phone calls from clients and companies regarding insurance, claims, or administrative problems and comply with the request and/or refer to the producer only when necessary.
  5. Maintain a suspense system to follow up on outstanding orders, correspondence, reports and follow up on overdue and suspense items.
  6. Maintain all client activity in the agency automation system (Applied/TAM). Maintain files in an orderly, up-to-date manner.
  7. Be familiar with and follow agency E & O guidelines.
  8. Prioritize workload and/or request for assistance as required.
  9. Upon receipt of claim/loss, responsible for completing claim file, which includes policy verification, making preliminary or tentative determinations of coverage; for the purpose of payment and permanent record keeping.
  10. Assume other job responsibilities as assigned by COO.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum five years experience in similar position is desirable. Must be licensed with 220 in the State of Florida.
  2. Must be a self-starter, imaginative and creative with good communication skills both verbal and written. Should have thorough understanding of commercial lines underwriting and coverage’s.

Personal Lines Account Manager – Boca Raton Office

Summary:

  1. Provide prompt, accurate, courteous service to customers, producers and company personnel.
  2. Grow and develop talents and insurance knowledge to highest level possible.
  3. Provide, with a positive attitude, a high level of support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing personal lines accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Handle all account transactions including applications, quotations, ID cards, proposals, summaries, endorsements, cancellations, certificates, binders, billing, follow-up and correspondence on assigned accounts.
  2. Prepare quotations, coverage summaries and comparisons, proposals and recommendations needed to insure clients and prospects understanding of coverage.
  3. Review new applications for underwriting acceptability, completion and accuracy.
  4. Review new business, renewals and endorsements to insure items were received as requested.
  5. Service all coverage aspects of for large VIP clients.
  6. Collect renewal data on assigned accounts. Perform annual reviews on VIP clients. Identify crossing and coverage upgrade opportunities.
  7. Maintain client files on agency computer system and use computer system for all processing transactions and to document conversations.
  8. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of five years experience in similar position is desirable. Must be licensed with a 220 State of Florida License.
  2. Must be a self-starter, imaginative and creative with good communication skills both verbal and written. Should have thorough understanding of personal lines underwriting and coverages.
  3. Must have thorough technical skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Extensive coverage knowledge for high end personal insurance clients with complicated coverage needs.
