Director of Operations
Randy received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from The Ohio State University and his Juris Doctorate and Master’s of Healthcare Administration from St. Louis University.
Following graduation he worked at The Ohio State University for nine years in various capacities in the Administration of the Health Sciences Center.
Randy relocated to Boca Raton, Florida where he spent the next fourteen years at the Not-for-Profit Boca Raton Regional Hospital as Vice-President, Chief Operating Officer and President/ CEO.
After leaving the hospital, Randy did some professional fund-raising and then joined J.B. Painting and Waterproofing, Inc. as Chief Operating Officer until being
welcomed to the Meridian Insurance Group Family as their Director of Operations in August of 2010.
