Heather Thompson was born and raised in Sunny South Florida. She has experience on the HR client side of group benefits and has come to Meridian Insurance Group to learn the “behind the scenes” operations of the business. Due to this experience, she understands how important it is to meet the needs of the client who is essentially putting their health in Meridian’s hands.

Heather is responsible for assisting the account manager and director in meeting service standards and goals. She also quotes new business and renewals as well as enrollments and terminations for our current clients. Heather currently holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and is presently working towards her 215 Life and Health Florida license.
